It was a level of customer service that I feel like I’ve never gotten from a developer – or many other people in this field. He would also ask a lot of questions for clarification if needed and bring up other issues that he may have saw while working in our hosting account in case we needed help with those things, too. It was one of those experiences where you feel like you’re being taken care of and you can trust the work they are doing. Nathan was worth every penny that we spent on him for our projects. I told him that I hope he’s ready to work for us in the future because I can’t see using anybody else! The experience was literally that good!
