Nate is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and hands on. He’s been very communicative as well while working on our project. When tensions were high on our team, he was a calming presence with his knowledge and demeanor. He was also very patient as we worked through some complicated technical issues with non-techy people in the mix (always willing to break down his explanations to a simple level, while not being condescending). Most importantly, he also understood the critical nature of uptime and made sure to minimize the financial impacts of the changes we needed to make (when quite literally “time is money” for when our site is live). I’ve worked with many external developers, and Nate has been the absolute best. We look forward to working with him on many more projects to come!
