This guy is an asset! In my former career I was responsible for managing several dozens of people at a time and analyzing thousands of people for judges. Having done so many analyses on people in that 9 years, I picked up a few insights along the way. #1 If you are trying to fix something, it’s not good enough to be linked up with someone that is an expert. If they don’t combine their expertise with a strong drive to solve your unique problem, you are likely to end up where you already are. This turns out to be so true in web development! I have engaged with different developers and spent money and a lot of time to see them do nothing except restate the problem I stated to them in the first sentence of our interactions. I was giving up on developers until Nathan. This guy is eager to solve problems, devotes himself to what he is working on, and is very knowledgable. I know it can be tempting to seek a platform where hiring a developer might appear less expensive by the hour, but – in my experience – I have only one other time had a developer complete a task I requested in the manner I asked. That means I wasted hundreds of dollars not getting a workable solution. Nathan won’t rest until you get where you are trying to go. This guy is fast. He is a solutions-maker. When, through no fault of his own, I could not get PayPal sorted out, he came up with a solution out of the box that works way better for us than what I was shooting for. Thank you Nathan!

Nathan was the first developer to jump in, take a look at my project and invest time into understanding what I needed. He asked for more details, which I like because it told me that he was not making assumptions about the problem and therefore not making assumptions about the solution. He was easy to work with, attentive, and available. I am new to this process and didn’t understand some things which was frustrating, but Nathan was able to explain and talk things through with me in an easily digestible way. I would definitely rehire him.
