December was my second worst month financially (closed revenue) with a less-than-steady workload due to the holidays. Overall the projects in December were larger than all previous months as I opened the fewest new projects yet the revenue from these new projects was the 3rd highest. My total opened projects decreased by 52% from November from 79 to 38, while revenue decreased by 44% from $13,453.75 to $7,559.49.
On these charts, opened projects refers to clients who have hired me to work on their projects while opened revenue represents the deposits they’ve placed for their work to be completed. Clients on Codeable deposit 100% of their project costs up front which is then placed into escrow until they mark the project as complete. Completed projects are showcased in my graphs as closed projects and closed revenue.
