I’ve written often about Codeable’s commitment to quality, and just how much better the client experience is when working with their developers. It’s occurred to me, though, if you’re not a client of mine and you haven’t experienced first-hand the quality of work I deliver, then you’re just taking my word for it.
Fortunately, my latest milestone lets my clients do all the talking. I’ve received 500+ five-star reviews.
I’m certainly proud of this accomplishment, receiving so many perfect reviews from my clients has been no small task. However, I think I’m even more excited that it didn’t take years to achieve this milestone.
Over the past ten-months very few projects I completed went on to receive a rating under five-stars.
This gives me a complete satisfaction rating north of 98%. And believe it or not, that’s actually right in line with Codeable’s overall average (which is 98.6%) for five-star reviews.
Like I’ve said before, Codeable puts the capital-Q in Quality!
Anyways, now you’re probably asking yourself, “how does he get all these great reviews?”
Well, at the end of every project completed via Codeable, clients are asked to submit a rating for their developer between one and five-stars, along with an optional review. Just like with movies and restaurants, a five-star rating represents the upper echelon and speaks to expertise with exceptional customer service.
I felt like this one was worth celebrating around the same time as I cracked the 500 total projects completed barrier. I’m sensing a theme here around the number five, so now would probably be a good time to point out I’ve also moved up from the #5 spot into fourth place for total lifetime projects completed via Codeable.
Their commitment to quality shines through again and again, and the expert developers they feature continue getting better each and every day.
